SHUTTERS ON THE BEACH ADDS NEW PERSONNEL
A hotel know for attention-to-detail and impeccable service given to its "who's who" guest list, Shutters on the Beach in Santa Monica conducted an intensive search for someone with years of expert guest service experience to fill the position of its guest relations manager. Today, Shutters announced that it has found the perfect candidate in Dolly Shukla, who now serves as Shutters Guest Relations Manager.
Shukla will handle any special services and travel needs the hotel's guests may require. She will also work closely with management to keep staff updated on guest preferences, and help resolve any issues or problems. Known for her "wow treatment," Shukla always goes the extra mile for all of her VIP guests.
Kaylee Kiecker also joins Shutters and Hotel Casa del Mar, overseeing all entertainment sales initiatives, working with major entertainment companies and networks, talent agencies, travel agencies, studios and venues to facilitate any of their needs. Prior to her new position as Director of Entertainment Sales, Kiecker was Vice President of Special Events and Tourism for the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce from 2004 to 2006.
